been used at LJS, Denny's and is still used by McD's for the filet-o-fish overseas. It's related to cod/hake/pollock.

half of the enviromental wack jobs love it, becuase it's apparently very sustainable...

half of the enviromental wack jobs hate it, because trawling for them screws up the seabed.
